Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund for any reason (cooling-off period)
  • Service not delivered: Full refund if services cannot be provided
  • Service cancellation by client: Refund minus 20% administrative fee after 14-day window
  • Technical issues: Full refund if platform/materials unavailable for more than 7 days

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services fully completed and delivered
  • Partial refunds for completed consultations or training sessions
  • Downloaded resources and materials
  • Services cancelled by client after 14-day window (see section 1)

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request in writing to support@novascholars.co.uk with reason
  2. We will review and respond within 5 business days
  3. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method
  4. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days

4. Partial Refunds

For multi-session programmes, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on services delivered.

5. Exceptions

NovaScholars reserves the right to refuse refunds for:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Services cancelled due to client non-compliance or misconduct
